What is the delivery time?

We deliver across Pakistan through TCS. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I amend my order?

Order amendments can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes requested after this time may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the modification.

Can I return a product?

We currently accept returns for online orders. However, you may request an exchange under certain conditions as outlined in our Exchange Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID to monitor your order’s status through the courier’s website.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or video of the item you received. Our team will review it and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can request a change to your order within 2–3 hours of placing it.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
