Wicky Style offers exchange or return on all products under specific conditions. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange only if:
- The request is made within the 7-day time frame.
- The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective.
- The product is different from what was originally ordered.
- Price tags, labels, or packaging items were missing on arrival.
Claims will only be accepted if submitted within 7 days of the order date.
3. How to Raise a Dispute
To file a complaint:

Each dispute is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for both sides.
4. Exchange Process
- Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo inspection.
- After verification, a replacement of equal value will be issued and shipped to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for exchanges.
5. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Discounted or sale items
- Unstitched articles once stitched
- Bridal, Wedding Wear, and Couture dresses under all circumstances
6. Product Description & Color Disclaimer
Wicky Style ensures accurate product images and descriptions, but minor variations may occur due to:
- Lighting and styling during photoshoots
- Screen display settings
- Catalog or printing differences
Some embellishments used for photography may not be included in the final delivered product.
